This cleansing balm effectively removes all traces of makeup, including heavy eye makeup leaving no panda eyes. I didn't find it stung my eyes at all as some have suggested. I use this as my first step in my cleansing routine and follow it with a gentle foaming cleanser used on a muslin cloth. Sometimes new products can cause me to break out but this definitely has done anything but.

I love this cleanser, I feel like I get a good clean without striping my face of its natural sebum. The Blue Tansy definitely helps calm and even out my complexion and I love pairing it with the instamelt for a double cleanse in the evening.

Works to remove makeup somewhat, but not as well as other cleansing balms I’ve used. It also leaves an oily/greasy feeling that I don’t like.
